ESMOIL, spol. s r.o.

ESMOIL, spol. s r.o. was founded in 1992. In February 1993, was signed an agreement with ESSO, s.r.o., which was a part of a worldwide organization EXXON, and became the exclusive distributor of ESSO lubricants dedicated for North Moravia. In 1999, the company ESMOIL moved from the hired object into their own newly built building in Hranice.

In 2002, after the merger of ESSO and MOBIL to ExxonMobil, ESMOIL included to its offer also the brand MOBIL. In 2011, the company ESMOIL became part of the largest distributor of branded oils in the Czech Republic - LUBSTAR company, and expanded thanks to its large range of MOBIL lubricants and other brands of oils and lubricants, such as OMV, HOUGHTON, TIGROL and LUBSTAR.
